It had me at "Relaxing"...
Christopher is still scared of the dark and sleeps with his lamp on for half of the night. Sunday night he seemed to be having back to school anxiety and must have turned his lamp back on about five times. I wanted to make him smile and fall asleep peacefully on the night before school.

Murphy visited me last night for one last hurrah before my husband comes home. Murphy started off gently last week with a slug and a noisy frog. That was nothing compared to what happened last night; my first night home in 6 days.

I enjoyed my weekend as usual. I'm off the mommy clock when I go home. Papa Bear was out of town so I was off the wife clock as well.

This year I started reading a day by day children’s bible to Christopher as a bedtime story. My mom gave him this book when he was three but the stories did not hold his attention. To keep him from having bad dreams at night I suggested that we start reading the bible and he agreed. We read several stories a night.
Bear Bond...
Teddy isn’t quite attached to Christopher’s hip as a security blanket but he is well traveled. He has a lot of road miles and sky miles.
